We ship worldwide. If our system doesn't recognise your destination, please kindly contact us via email and we will process your order manually after checking the shipping costs to your destination. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Our shipping fees don't include local import duties or customs outside of UK and which vary from country to country.
We ship via DPD to the UK and via UPS to most international destinations and sometimes use Royal Mail as an alternative.
Packages to mainland UK are usually delivered in 1-2 business days. Packages to North America & Europe are usually delivered in 4 business days.

POST-BREXIT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are a European customer, who has fallen in love with our collection, please keep in mind that on receipt of your parcel, you will now be required to pay your local VAT (on your purchase and the shipping costs) plus an admin fee from the shipping company and possibly custom charges upon delivery. Unfortunately, all of this is beyond our control and decided by the local governments and we have no visibility on this.
After an extensive discussion among our team, during which we have considered suspending shipping to the EU until the situation is a bit clearer, we have decided to keep the ordering system in place for customers who are ready to cover theses charges.
Please note that if a parcel is refused because of customs and VAT charges, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund, as most shipping companies systematically send the shipments for destructions.
This is of course a very difficult decision for a small brand (especially as part of us are also EU citizens), but we prefer being upfront with our customers in these circumstances in order for them to avoid any bad surprises.

We will either exchange, offer site credit or refund the value of any new, unopened product(s) purchased (apart from the regular shipping costs associated to shipping the item(s) to your destination), if the below conditions are met:
- You are able to return the item(s) in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging fully intact.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product or the item is defective). Please note that unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return, unless the goods are proven to be faulty. In case your order is entitled to free shipping, the regular costs associated with shipping the item(s) to your destination will be deducted from the full credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
