Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Warm Dry Cosy LTD t/a Heating & Plumbing London, for a refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing within 14 days from the date you received the shipment.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item
Our clients usually fall in love with our products at first sight, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at: hello@heating-and-plumbing.com.
We will refund the full value of any product(s) returned in perfect resellable conditions. If you prefer receiving a store credit or exchanging your product for a different colour or style, contact us and we will happily help you with your request. Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs on unwanted items and exchanges.
For international sales, we are unfortunately unable to refund outward postage costs. The costs associated with shipping the item(s) to your destination will be deducted from the full credit.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product or the item is defective).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service (hello@heating-and-plumbing.com) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Please note that accidental damage or misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our return policy. Using your umbrella in strong winds can result in snapping the stick, breaking the handle or damaging the rib, and this does not constitute a faulty umbrella or frame. Most of our umbrellas are made of wood and some natural markings can be present and do not constitute a faulty or damaged product. All our umbrellas have gone through thorough quality control and testing. Please read our "How to love your umbrella" section on the Tool Kit Journal to learn more on how to care for your new brolly.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer service (hello@heating-and-plumbing.com) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
Items lost or damaged in transit
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the courier or the shipping company . We will help with all investigations in case this situation occurs. However, all claims will be at the discretion of the courier.
Shipping
To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to: Warm Dry Cosy LTD, 130 Brixton Hill, Studio 3, London, SW2 1RS, United Kingdom.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
