Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Warm Dry Cosy LTD t/a Heating & Plumbing London, for a refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing within 14 days from the date you received the shipment.

Return or exchange an item
Our clients usually fall in love with our products at first sight, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will either exchange, offer site credit or refund the value of any new, unopened product(s) purchased (apart from the regular shipping costs associated to shipping the item(s) to your destination), if the below conditions are met:
- You are able to return the item(s) in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging fully intact.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product or the item is defective). Please note that unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return, unless the goods are proven to be faulty. In case your order is entitled to free shipping, the regular costs associated with shipping the item(s) to your destination will be deducted from the full credit.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service (email@example.com) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Please note that accidental damage or misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our return policy. Using your umbrella in strong winds can result in snapping the stick, breaking the handle or damaging the rib, and this does not constitute a faulty umbrella or frame. Most of our umbrellas are made of wood and some natural markings can be present and do not constitute a faulty or damaged product. I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
Items lost or damaged in transit
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the courier or the shipping company . We will help with all investigations in case this situation occurs. However, all claims will be at the discretion of the courier.
To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to: Warm Dry Cosy LTD, 130 Brixton Hill, Studio 3, London, SW2 1RS, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except in the case of faulty product or if you received the wrong item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refused shipment due to Custom & local VAT charges
Please note that if a parcel is refused because of customs and local VAT charges, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund, as most shipping companies systematically send the shipments for destruction.
