We ship worldwide from the UK. If our website does not recognise your destination, please contact us by email and we will check the available shipping options. Please note that some products are subject to destination-specific shipping restrictions.

We ship via UPS within the UK and via UPS or DHL to most international destinations, with Royal Mail occasionally used as an alternative.

Packages to mainland UK are usually delivered in 1-2 business days.
Packages to the European Union, the United States and Canada usually arrive within approximately 4–7 business days.
Other international destinations may take approximately 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, public holidays or remote-area delivery.

European Union Delivery — No Customs Surprises

Shopping from Europe should feel rather more delightful than dealing with customs paperwork.

Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable import VAT and customs duties in the price paid at checkout. These charges are paid by us, and no additional customs payment is required on delivery.

Other International Destinations

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom and European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international parcel is refused because local import charges have not been paid, any return, storage, customs or disposal costs charged by the courier may be deducted from the refund.
